Both my pilot and co pilot are female, and still the voice is male..maybe another bug?
tsigirl voices are not about pilot models. Pilot models are randomly generated every flight.

Hi, im not sure, but i think MFS2020 uses Windows voices to speak in the game. You can try changing the Windows Narrator Voice .
